The animals need you! Help promote our life-saving campaigns by volunteering for Viva! at VegfestUK Bristol 2014
Every year Viva! and our dedicated volunteers attend veggie events across the UK to spread the message that a cruelty-free lifestyle is the best option for humans, animals and the planet!
In 2013 alone, we attended over 40 events!
Viva! have been given our very own marquee (Yes, a marquee!) as guests of honour at this year’s festival. We’d love to utilise your skills; whether they be fundraising, serving refreshments, sampling, selling merchandise, working a crowd or even wearing our famous Piggles costume!
About Vegfest Bristol
The UK's biggest vegan event is a unique hybrid of vegan food/info during the day and headline music in the evenings. The show is held over the weekend of May 24th & 25th and opens to the public from 11am-6pm each day. Click here for more information on this event.
Here’s where you can help….we are looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join us on the day
Jobs include:
- Selling Viva!’s vegan merchandise (volunteers get 10% off merch!)
- Helping on Viva! campaigns stall
- Entertainment (including supervising our special photo opportunity with Viva!’s mascot Piggles)
- Sampling and serving refreshments throughout the day
- Assisting staff in collecting donations
We also have a few paid placements for those with keen fundraising skills. We need friendly and hard-working people to collect donations in the marquee and around the venue grounds. Viva! have been given special permission to collect donations at this event to raise funds for our 20th Anniversary. If you are interested in one of these placements, please contact us for further details.
