Help Us Fundraise For Animals This #GivingTuesday | Viva! - The Vegan Charity

#GivingTuesday is upon us! If you are interested in making a difference for animals and the planet, we’d love for you to get involved by setting up a Facebook fundraiser on behalf of Viva! to help us continue campaigning for a kinder world!

Facebook are matching donations of up to $7 million dollars on Giving Tuesday, so it is a perfect time to take part and raise some money for a great cause! Setting up your fundraiser only takes a few minutes.

To make your life easy, we’ve made a step-by-step guide for you below:

1. Visit Viva!’s Facebook fundraiser page

https://www.facebook.com/pg/vivavegancharity/fundraisers/?ref=page_internal

2. Click the raise money button

3. Enter the amount of money you want to raise

Choose any amount of money you would like. Anything you raise will be hugely appreciated! If you meet your goal before the fundraiser ends, you can amend the goal amount if you wish to.

4. Set an end date

We’d recommend setting up a 24 hour fundraiser on 3 December, Giving Tuesday. Feel free to run this for any period over the giving season though!

5. Customise the text

We have provided a template below, but please feel free to personalise it as you see fit!

Title:

[Name’s] Giving Tuesday Fundraiser for Viva!

Description:

Want to join me in supporting a good cause? I'm raising money for Viva! this #GivingTuesday and your contribution will make an impact, whether you donate £5 or £500.

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that takes place on the first Tuesday following Black Friday and Cyber Monday. It is an opportunity to give something back to a good cause in a period fraught with materialism and every little bit helps. Thank you for your support!

I've included information about Viva! below.

“We are determined to end cruelty to animals and to work for a saner, sustainable future. Through our solid research, undercover exposes and professional media skills, we are bringing the reality of modern farming into people’s homes. We have enlightened millions, shocked most and changed the diets of many. We have had many successes. Support Viva! and help us achieve even more.”

6. Choose an image

We have made the perfect images for your fundraiser which can be downloaded below.

7. Get promoting!

Once your fundraiser is all set up and ready, don’t forget to share the link on your socials so your friends, family, and followers can show their support for a cause you believe in!

We are very excited to have you involved with this campaign and we wish you the best of luck with your fundraiser. Thank you so much for your support and your efforts to help create a kinder world.

Alternatively, you can check out our Giving Tuesday page to make a donation.
